Refund Policy

1. General Conditions

At Bharat Bargains, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. Refunds are only considered under specific circumstances. The following are the general conditions under which a refund may be issued:

• Unauthorized Charges: If unauthorized charges have been made on your credit/debit card or any other payment method, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We will cooperate fully with official chargeback investigations and process refunds to the original payment method if the order has not been delivered.
• Order Fulfillment Issues: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a lack of stock or because the item is no longer available, we will process a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products and services on our platform are non-refundable. These include:

• Game Top-Ups: Any game top-up that has been successfully credited to your account is considered final and non-refundable. Once the top-up is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• Incorrect Sign In Credentials or Player IDs: If you provide incorrect sign in credentials or player IDs when making a purchase, and the order is delivered to those incorrect details, no refunds will be provided.
• Bonus Top-Ups: Bonus top-ups are managed and credited by the game authority, not Bharat Bargains. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if a bonus top-up is not credited to your account.
• Gift Cards and Digital Goods: We are not liable for any gift cards or other digital goods that have been stolen, misplaced, or misused without authorization. For the avoidance of doubt, Bharat Bargains is not obligated to inquire or verify at the redemption of the gift card if such a card has been properly obtained. All gift card and digital goods sales are final and non-refundable.
• CD Keys, Game Points, and Prepaid Cards: These products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct product before completing your transaction.

3. Refund Eligibility

If your purchase meets any of the general conditions outlined above and is eligible for a refund, please follow the steps below to initiate the process:

• Contact Customer Support: Send an email to support@bharat-bargains.com with your order details, including proof of purchase and an explanation of why you believe you are eligible for a refund.
• Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase from Bharat Bargains to process any refunds. Ensure that you include all relevant documentation when contacting us.
• Refund Policy for Minor Detection: If a user undergoes eKYC verification and is found to be a minor, their account will be restricted from using our services. Any wallet balance that was loaded by the user before verification is subject to review and may be refunded at our sole discretion. However, payments made towards products or services already delivered will absolutely not be refunded.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed. Please note that a 2% deduction for processing fees may apply to user-initiated refunds, but this fee will be completely waived if the refund is due to our inability to fulfill the order. The remaining amount will be credited to your original payment method.

• Processing Time: Refunds may take some time to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after the processing time has passed, please follow these steps: Check your payment accounts again to ensure the refund was not missed. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@bharat-bargains.com for further assistance.

5. Wallet Refunds

• Non-Refundable Wallet Funds: Once a user adds funds (INR) to their wallet through recharge, the amount is generally non-refundable under any circumstances to a bank account.
• Failed Transactions: If a user makes a purchase (top-up) on our website using their wallet, and the transaction fails, the wallet points equivalent to the purchase amount will be refunded back into the wallet. Please note that these funds will be refunded as wallet points and not transferred to your bank account.
• Wallet Points Usage: Wallet points can only be used for purchases on Bharat Bargains and cannot be transferred or used on any other platform or website.
• Refunds for Minor Detection: As stated above, if a user is found to be a minor during eKYC verification, their Bharat Bargains account will be restricted. Any wallet balance loaded prior to verification may be refunded at our discretion, but payments for delivered products or services will not be refunded.

6. Additional Conditions

• Modification of Refund Policy: Bharat Bargains reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Exclusions: Any claims or disputes not explicitly covered in this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Bharat Bargains.
